This weekend I have officially mastered the HHK MM. We managed to develop a pattern that was able to kill the maximum amount of gobbies in the minimum amount of time.
Our record so far is is 18:28.

Here is the strategy -
5 warriors - 1 cleric who fights along with warriors.
Kill CY - 4 Mobs
Kill Next room in - 2 Mobs
Kill Main Hall - 4 Mobs - you will aggro the 2 mobs in the bottom left room and 1 mob in the upper left.
Go towards the basement and kill all the mobs.
When the last mob is at 50% health the rest of the group should go to 2nd floor. The last toon should kill the mob then hail captain.
Total Mob Count 29 gobbies
While he is fighting the main group should start attacking first room on the right. - 4 Mobs
Then the Kitchen - 4 Mobs
Then Middle room - 4 Mobs
When the 40th mob is killed every goes to CY except for suicider.
You may drag a mob to CY with you but thats ok you can kill him there.
The Suicider then gets the 4th prisoner in the SW room on the 2nd floor and the 5th prisoner on the 3rd floor.
If rooted, he calls out root and 2nd suicider goes to the 5th prisoner.
The toons in the CY go to the entrance (i.e. where you zone in when you die.) The overlord will pop and come towards you. The funny thing is that he usually is dead by the time the suicider respawns in zone so its just a loot situation for them.
We have some good experience with this method and we spend a lot of time begging and fishing at the pond working on our skills.
Hope we have some other good experiences like this.
