Ok after hunting this mob for 4 days straight and dying several times i would like to impart my knowledge.
1) If possible work on claws of vasheen faction BEFORE coming to ww. Then all you have to worry about is getting aggro from Velium hounds.
2) With fableds walking around in WW don't make any assumptions that the dragons are "gimp". 8k damage in 3 seconds at least.
3) Waiting at the far west crystal stone is NOT the answer for a spawned efreeti. This is only good when he is already dead and you are waiting for the next one to pop.
4) After popping he goes north along the waterline till he gets evey with the top part of the ramp of the Temple of Vasheen and he then goes east all the way to the mines and back west.
5) The efreeti sometimes disappears (grrr) but can be found somewhere close to where he disappeared.
6) Trackers are your friend.
7) FEAR kite this guy does damage.
8) Have a pristine soulstone in bank inventory for the invariable Oooops .
9) Dragon Necropolis is a nice escape zone as well as the entrance to Siren's Grotto
