I would like some advice on 69-70 spell runes. What is the best way to acquire the runes? I am an old world player who has just looked around the OoW zones. Grouping / Boxing information would be appreciated.

most of the runes you would seek would be best found in RSS you must be lvl 69 to enter it is a zone attached to the MURimite provinggrounds . while 69 lvl spells can be found in other zones they are mini raid mobs for the most part and both type runes are no drop so much be looted right from body .
the best thing to do is work up your gear and then head straight to rift seekers to group not only will you get great exp for aa's but you will get the runes you need if your dice are good talk to alaan and netn who love the zone and would love to group with you .
