Well spent some time farming this item for my melee characters. It was reasonably easy for a level 50 to get this item. I imagine a level 45 might be able to solo. and lower level group it.
The fabled grachnist the destroyer pops quite frequently and I actually had two spawned at the same time. Just kill the gobby fort camp in Warsilk Woods, keep it clear and eventually the spawn will pop.
The longest wait time I had was 30 minutes and this was rarely camped. I got 5 earrings yesterday.
