Monday: Fear was a no-go on Monday as the people who needed the Epic drops were not on.
Tuesday: was a good night for me as Neral, Frostfox and Mahina used their skills to push Ministan, Gaflack and Greatmusica through PoJ trial. Thanks again.
Wednesday: Server patch, when servers are up I will check for Grummus in PoD and that may be the plan.
Note: Grummus is up so we may take him down tonight.

Wed: The Guild started off the night with a nice win at the Hedges, congrats to all who got their flag for TT. See you at the TT raid on Sunday.
THEN...the guild went on to knock out Grummus in PoD. Unfortunately for us all Grummus had our number and we wiped.I was a good raid and all went well, just a lack of dps at the end. If he is still up tonight we will try again.

Thur: Grummus was killed but the adds from the re-pop wiped the raid We will try Grummus again when he cycles which should be in 48hrs. Please read the notes in the PoP Flag section on Grummus to see what went wrong.....and what went right. The best thing about the raid was all the guild members learning to fight together!!!!! I am going to post this here also. It is posted on the Grummus guide.
The guild tried Grummus again and failed. Here are some good and bad of the encounter.
Good:
1. We had the numbers and a good tank. 2. Clear to Spider went fast and easy. 3. Spider babies were handled well. 4. Clear to prep room above Grummus was fine. 5. Most casters stayed outside Grummus fight room and avoided the bad DoT. 6. Healing on MT was perfect. 7. Grummus was killed, lost raid to re-pops.
Bad:
1. Lots of people were not assisting MT 2. People did not LISTEN to raid leader and moved into agro range of Grummus.
Item 2 was the killer. We had a 50% wipe when people moved down the stairs before it was called. This messed up the timing and we got caught in the re-pop on the Grummus fight.
Here are a few things to know before we do Grummus again.
1. We will clear to Spider which is not to hard, just EVERYONE assist MT and move when called in raid chat. 2. After spider all Enchanters AoE Mezz or Stun and everyone take out the babies asap. 3. Then we will clear to prep room above Grummus and QUICKLY freshen any buffs that need it. 4. MT will clear rooms below as Grummus walks from room to room. 5. After rooms are cleared we will move (WHEN CALLED BY RAID LEADER) down the stairs. Casters will stay outside of fight room against wall to avoid AoE Dot. Melee move into fight room. 6. MT will pull Grummus to end of room near casters so they are in healing range. When the MT calls others will engage Grummus. 7. When Grummus gets to 20% casters need to burn him down. 8. Handle rezzing dead and clear re-pops as they happen.

Sunday: Well Terris Thule had our number last night. We had the numbers just not the correct classes to handle her. Only 1 Enchanter (56) and no Shamen's. Butterflies must have the AoE Stuns and TT was un-slowable by a 56 Enchanter.
Was a good try with what we had.
